How do I place an order?

Please fill out a Custom Order Request Form to place an order. If you aren't yet ready to place your order, you can email me at kristenscookieco@gmail.com with any questions.

What is the minimum order requirement?

For custom cookies, I require a minimum order of 2 dozen cookies. 9" round cookie cakes can only be purchased when paired with at least 2 dozen custom cookies. During holidays and other special events, I will post various cookies for pre-order, and during those events, there will be no minimum purchase requirement.

Where do I pick-up my cookies?

After you place a custom order, we will work together to determine a central meeting location for cookie pick-up. During holiday pre-sales, pick-up times and locations will be posted along with the sale information.

How and when do I pay for my order?

For custom orders, payment is due 2 weeks prior to order pick-up. You will receive an invoice after you place your order, and you can pay via credit card or PayPal. For holiday pre-sales, payment is due when your order is placed.

Do your cookies contain nuts or nut products?

My standard practice is to use almond extract in my sugar cookies. However, for custom orders, I am happy to exchange the almond extract for vanilla extract upon request. In that case, the cookies will not contain any nuts or nut products. They will, however, be made using equipment that has previously come in contact with nut products.

Do you ship your cookies?

Unfortunately, we do not ship at this time.
